"The plumber showed up this morning, on time and ready to go. Darwin introduced himself & after a walk through the drain problem he got to work. In a short amount of time he called me over to show me what the cause of the problem was(a mess of old steel wool & crap) & asked me to test the drain out. He did a truly wonderful job! Not only did he clear the clog, he went past the initial clog, found the steel wool mess further down and now the drain flows better than ever!
